Account closure
Honestly Nedbank I called you Monday to cancel a bank account with you and you won’t even send me the forms to sign. Your service is awful. I explained I’m away and need the form emailed. BUT no instead you leave it so what I have to pay bank fees. I want my account closed! Never will I ever use your services again! I’ve done nothing but battle. Your staff need to learn customer service!!! I want my account closed tomorrow morning!!!!!

Seriously I’m surprised more people haven’t closed accounts with you as a bank.
