Account closure

<p>I app**** for an American Express credit card which was approved, however i was not contacted and advised on the approved amount, nor was i given an option to accept or decline the offer. i received an sms informing me to collect my card from the service centre. When i called to cancel\close this account, i was told to pay an initian tion fee, which i apparently agreed to when i accepted the terms and conditions. Please email me a copy of the terms and conditions i agrred to, as i am not happy with the service i received. </p>
