Account clossure pending with no clear feedback .

I settled my personal loan with and amount of 132000 and some rands two weeks ago and requested closure . Today I phoned in to get confirmation that the account has been closed apparently closure is still pending and no one can give me a clear answer as to why the closure is still pending . Kindly close this account immediately as it is impacting my credit status negatively .
