Account closed without communication

For the past week I haven't Been able to access my bank account,it as temporarily closed without ay communication,when I went to enqure I was told about "FICA",the brach told me to wait for 24-48 hours,nothing happened,when I called ***I was told to the branch,I went to Balfour brach,after 24-48hours still nothing,when I called again,I was told to visit the branch,I went to the one in wynberg/Alexandra,my finger prints were taken ad a picture,I as told to waif 24-48 hours nothing happened,when I call now,I'm told the FICA is veified but the FICA department havent remove the status,companies couldn't set money to my account,haven't been paid,no one can deposit or transfer money to me,I asked that they transfer the remaining money in the account and close the account im told I cany close the account with money in my account,but they cant transfer money or access my money in the account yet they are able to deduct it take their fees....I'm told to wait another 24-48 hours,
