Account closed when im still making deposits

My account was not been in operation this year and i called the customer service number and i was advised to pay R130 to keep it opened, that was last month and when i want to make a deposit this month, im told the account is closed,

i dont think Thulasizwe from the Lambton branch has done everything he can to assist me in this matter, i tried to email invoices that im expecting to be paid in a weeks time and my emails are blocked and Thulasizwe is telling me to go to the branch which is impossible at the moment.

Im not sure if i should close my account and move to another bank.
