Account closed due to inactivity during lockdown

Just before the lockdown, I opened a Nedbank business account and did the registration for CIPC all in one. Then lockdown, and I can't work. Last week I could start working again, and sent invoices to clients. Only to hear that the account has been closed due to inactivity. Really Nedbank? The whole country came to a standstill and you close a new account because I can't work. I am not even going to close my personal account. I will just leave it inactive, and then you can close it.
