Account closed

I have been banking with them for about 10 years. Due to the pandemic they have closed my cheque account. I have been trying to call them with no success. I did manage to speak to customer services and then was sent from agent to agent for about 2 hours. They advised that a manger would contact me it's now 1 week and no 1 has contacted me yet. I'm very disappointed with the service.
