Account closed

Bad experience,been a year now since they blocked my account,I tryed calling they tell me to go to branch but I don't get time

Recently they called me saying I'm owing for the payshaps I did,now when they blocked my account it had money more than 500 but now where did that money vanish to if they say I'm owing
