Extremely Disappointed – Account Blocked Without Notice

I am extremely disappointed with the way my account has been handled.

My account was blocked without any prior call, warning, or proper notice. I was not given an opportunity to address whatever issue they had before restricting my account.

What is even more frustrating is that they are refusing to unblock my account and are now telling me that I have to physically go to a branch to resolve the matter.

I do not understand why I was not contacted before my account was blocked, especially when they were able to take action on my account without first communicating with me.

This has caused me unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. Customers should be treated fairly and should be properly informed when there is an issue with their account.

I am requesting that this matter be urgently investigated and that I receive a clear explanation as to why my account was blocked without notice, why I was not contacted, and why I am now being forced to visit a branch to resolve an issue that could potentially have been handled remotely.

I would appreciate someone from the company taking ownership of this matter and providing a proper resolution rather than simply referring me to a branch.
