Account blocked without a valid reason

Salary has been deposited to Nedbank and now my bank has been blocked, I was told to bring payslip whi I did now they giving me excuses that I have to wait for 48 hours. Spent Christmas with out my salary. This is Nedbank Atteridgeville branch and I even asked if the have issues they should allow me to withdraw my balance and close the account to avoid any of these issues. I need this resolved ASAP cannot wait for 48 hours
