Account blocked with no reason!

I am highly disappointed and furious! I’m stranded in the middle of nowhere alone as a woman with no help and my banking profile has been suspended! I spoke to Lerato, Siya, another lady and a guy who claimed to be mncedisi who refused to give me his surname and was utterly rude. They kept cutting my calls I made numerous call attempts and even went to the branch and still no help. What does a person have to do to use their own money they bank with you??? This is very appalling service! I will be taking this further!!! Fix this now and if anything happens to me by the side of the road tonight. It is on you!!! Why must I beg to use my money!!!!
