Account blocked for NO reason

<p>My husband's account was Fica'd SUCCESSFULLY but a day after that his account was blocked. Since then he is struggling to get it open. Jon one can give him any straight answer on what they blocked his account. The 25th is around the corner and his monthly salary will be paid into his account but what is he use if he is u able to use his account?</p> <p>They claim now it's because he is a temporary citizen with a work permit. BUT he had his account for almost 10 year if not longer. Why is it now an issue? All we want is his money and for that we need the account open.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is pathetic. I'm really disappointed. Not even the branch manager is able to help. He just smiles. Wonder if he still would smile if his account is blocked!</p>
