Account Blocked

My accounts were blocked for FICA which I submitted in Oct 2019, Firstly it was blocked on 29.10.2019 and 18.12.2019, what do I have to do for my accounts to be compliant?

Yesterday I wanted to send my wife and kids money as they are way, but I could not due to this block. I am just waiting for salary to go in tomorrow and I am done with Nedbank.

I have home loan, 3 accounts for my kids, Investment, savings and Salary account.
