Account blocked due to mistaken transaction in my account

I have a Nedbank account which I get my salary from but now my account is suspended due to suspicious activity ..I was planning to buy a fridge now my plans are ruined and now the fridge sale is over and all my salary is is stuck I have no cent now and I'm left with no choice to lend money from a loan shark because I have no money to go to work and for food....the nedbank consultant aren't helping at all but they want me to travel to saps to to affidavits and tht costs me money that I don't have ..money that is stuck in my nedbank account..I don't get how a person has access to my account
