Account blocked because of suspicious activity - ***8

I app**** for credit from Nedbank and was approved,I transferred R20 000 to a Capitec account number *** in the name of J Plaatjies & I also withdrew money from my Nedbank account to cover labour fees.I got missed calls from a *** number I assume it’s Nedbank,when they couldn’t get hold of me they placed a hold on my banking profile due to suspicious activity.I have tried to reach out to the forensics dept with ref number provided ***8 and have liaised with almost 7 consultants that have been unhelpful in resolving my issue.The Capitec client’s account have also since been blocked and as per the account holder he informed me that his bank stated that they got an instruction to do so,the guy that supp**** me with building material is fuming cause he is inconvenienced at the highest level.I have been to the branch in Fox Street since yesterday and the enquiry clerk by the name of Sam have sent an email to get authorization for the profile to be unblocked.Up until now there is no progress on this matter,I even interacted with a lady from the ***** help desk with the name Emmi & she provided me with another ref no that I had to take to the branch for them to reinstate the client’s banking profile,but the branch is refusing as they are waiting for an email instruction from Group Forensic Dept.I’m pleading for this matter to be expedited asap,as I’m not able to access any of my funds and the Capitec client is also not happy with this issue.
