I am a Nedbank client, My business was blocked due to a misunderstanding of my business functions and understanding. I was called and provided every information they acquired. It's been a month now but no response. Everything is standstill and I want to continue with business. Can someone help

30 Oct 2019, 08:22I wrote regarding my account being blocked. I am still awaiting feedback and Since last month no one has called me from Nedbank. My account was blocked unfairly and I provided all required information about the account and my business. Can someone attend to this,All my operations are standstill and I have bills to pay like everyone else.
