Account blocked

My account has been restricted due to FICA updates, as they apparently say. I was never notified of these via email or SMS communication. I am so frustrated because even when I went to the branch I was not assisted. I got there and waited for over 30mins. I am surprised because this is a new account and my details as captured on the system have not changed - which is why I am questioning why I was not notified. Now I’m stuck in a situation where I urgently need access to that money but my transactions have been restricted. I’m so frustrated and unhappy with the service.
