Account balance

<p>I have a huge problem. I deposited money to my account yesterday via ATM and it immedetely refected on my bank statement, I even used some of it. Today I needed to withdraw money but it said iot can not process the withdrawal. I checked my internet banking details but it says -R34.05 which I do not understand where it comes from. I went to the branch nearby and they telling me they can not explain my situation because they too can not lcomprehend the descriptions on the statement.
