Account and ITC NOT cleared after court order

I have been sequestrated and rehabilitated for the past 2 years. I have handed in my documents at the Cresta branch personally to have my personal loans account closed and ITC cleared as per the high court order. I received a report today, and after 2 years it is still not done!! It affected the fact that I could obtain a homeloan to purchase the house from my dad who is currently very sick!!<br> <br> I want this resolved today!! If not, I will open a case at the ombudsman!!
