would like to bring this to your attention an amount R1586.18 was taken off my account by MFc but strange enough they are requesting a PDF statement hence NEDBANK can only provide csv format. They were refusing their own product. None of the 3 ladies that I spoke to understood what l was talking about. How can we trust a bank that doesn't know their own product. I was transferred to 3 consultants until the last gentleman understood the entire ordeal and he apologized.

My experience with the bank was frustrating. There was a lack of understanding and communication on their end regarding their own product and my specific needs.
