Access to my account not given

Yes I am in arrears with my Nedbank home loans account but they took money from MIGOALS account that I had not given them permission to use.I need them to reverse that transaction as I use a different account with Nedbank for my home loan debit orders.I spoke to 5 different profile customer center to collections and the only thing I was told is that they will investigate.I need my money back in the meantime 🥹
