Dear Nedbank, I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that you have a professional staff member, which is more than a million, she is spectacular, awesome, professional, hardworking and a staff member who goes out of her way to such an extent that my entire firm, family and friends could not believe it... her name is Kamogelo Masalesa from Nedbank Sandton Professional Banking Here is my story: My brother asked me to buy him a car as I pay him a salary to be my son's au pair. On the evening of 20th of April 2016 we went car shopping. He found his dream car that night, at a price we could not believe, a real *****.. My documents were submitted and I was declined by Mfc the next day. I then contacted Motlatsi from the Illovo branch and explained to her that I require a spokesperson, who can explain to the credit department that the funds I pay him every month will be utilised toward to car... she advised that someone will shortly phone me. That is when the most remarkable person walked into my life, needless to say, my account was upgraded to professional banking and my vehicle approved within 2 business working days.. WOW.. What the heck.. how???.. I would never know, but clearly she is a committed staff member. The vehicle finance documents were not ready in time on the afternoon of the 26th BUT this did not stop Kamogelo, as she knew how badly we wanted to surprise my bother the next day, being the 27th of April (A PUBLIC HOLIDAY).. She contacted late afternoon on the 26th to give me the disappointing news that the documents won’t be ready in time before I leave for home AND in the same breath, she uttered the following word: "Bronwyn, I know how much this means to you, I have a suggestion, how about I meet you tomorrow at VW to bring you the documents and you can get the car the same day" .. Have you ever heard an angel sing because I did at that moment... And with her daughter on her off day, she drove all the way from PRETORIA to the WestRand to bring me the documents... All of this to assist me in surprising my brother with his new car.. We still cannot stop praising her in our family... so much so that she has become part of our family... I would like to thank Nedbank for employing such a professional, hardworking, person who actually goes MORE than the extra mile for her client... you have a gem working for you... She is the reason I will never jump ship to another bank EVER, because nowhere ells would you ever find someone like this... Nedbank, look out cause Kamogelo, is going places...
