Acc being clean and others suffering in the process of one person

To whom it may concern

I'm so disappointed with nedbank service, you suspected ********** on the account and you fix your client account its now fully functioning, what about people accounts where blocked because of the transaction made by your client.... this is too stressful for me... this Yolanda kok she's a fool and please tell her on my behalf she's a foolish human being.... we being trying to get hold of her for more than two days leaving massage to Urgently call back nothing... the hole day yesterday tried to call her no answer lastly " she left her sit she went out for lunch while people are stragging to get hold of her.... I'm so dissatisfied by this bad behavior from this nobody person..... she managed to send an email to our bankers to put a stop on our account now she manage to sort nedbank client acc why didn't she go back to those bank and send an email that our client is clean please realize your clients acc.... I'm not happy with this Yolanda kok person
