ABUSE OF THE ELDERLY VIA LEGAL PROCESS

Hi Nedbank,<br> <br> My grandfather got into trouble with his credit card and was handed over to BVZ Attorneys. <br> <br> We immediately provided them with necessary information and offered to sign a consent to Judgment, even walk the sheriff through his room (yes he lives in a room). To date, despite us following up, BVZ Attorneys have remained silent. <br> <br> Now he is being threatened with the sheriff? <br> <br> What assets do you think can be found in a room? Enough to cover Judgment? Enough to waste your cash but render legal fees for BVZ? <br> <br> BVZ are blatantly abusing the legal process and acting as your agent while doing so.<br> <br> Keeping in mind a bed cannot be attached, clothing cannot be attached, his black and white TV that needs to be kept on with a matchstick would not be attached, his fridge kept closed with a brick cannot be attached? <br> <br> Your attorneys have escalated legal costs needlessly - we consented to the Judgment.<br> <br> Not certain why this hardcore stance has been taken against a 74 year old eking out an existence on a government pension?<br> <br> Who can assist us with this as your attorneys, BVZ Attorneys, do not respond to calls or emails and seem content on be smudging your reputation.
