Abundance of Bank Charges all of a sudden.

I have been a client of Nedbank's for more than 20 years now. I have never been charged a Monthly Fee,or any Payment Fees for EFT's. I have had the SAME ACCOUNT for more than 2 decades - No changes. Now,all of a sudden,I have been charged a Monthly Fee,& a Payment Fee for EVERY EFT,EVEN between Nedbank Accounts! I have called Nedbank,& gone to my local branch - & Nobody can tell me why I suddenly have these charges to deal with now. If Nedbank doesn't sort this matter out A.S.A.P.,as a matter of URGENCY,& REVERSE all of those Charges,I will have NO CHOICE but to look for alternate Banking Services. Even though I would HATE TO LEAVE THEM AFTER MORE THAN 20 YEARS,if this matter is not dealt with swiftly,I see no other choice.
