Absolutely Useless Voyager CC Department

On April 6th I app**** online for a Voyager Credit Card and was immediately rejected. I phoned Nedbank and inquired why and was told the system was faulty. They would call me on Monday 9th April to continue the application. On Monday 9th I did the full application on the phone, and sent my documents to the requested email address. On April 12th they said my bank statement (I get statements on the 24th) did not show my latest salary. So a trek to the bank to print and stamp an interim statement and then I send that through. The next day I get an SMS asking for my documents again so I proceed to send my documents again. This happens a few times till eventually the SMS stops. Along with all communication. So eventually I phone again on May 7. They cancelled the application because I did not send my documents through. So I send them AGAIN.This time to two email addresses. Once again nothing happens. On the 23rd I email a complaint through and someone contacts me. My application was cancelled again because I did not send documents. So I did the whole thing over the phone again. *** instructs me to email him the docs (I ask If I need to CC any address and he says no), I immediately send the docs through. The next morning I get 2 SMS's asking for documents again. One addressed to ***and the guy says, no problem, he will get them from Kirshen. I say are you sure you don't want me to email again. He says yes. For the rest of the week the SMS spam continued with 2 a day and I can only assume now my application has been cancelled. I think it's irresponsible that SAA use such a useless bank for their Voyager Program.
