Absolutely Useless Bank With Non-Existent Customer Service

Absolute joke of a company with non existent customer service. After making 9 calls to attempt to speak with someone from Home Loans department I still never managed to speak to anyone. Calls get transferred to the wrong department, calls get cut, no one calls back after leaving a couple of requests.

I will never attempt to do business with Nedbank again! Absolutely USELESS BANK!
