Absolutely Shocking

Nedbank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with . It all started when my wallet was ****** and card was used via the tap an go service. Nedbank reversed 50% of the transactions and advised im liable forbthe rest .

I then laid a complaint an back an forth decided ill pay and leave them for good......that was just the start of my troubles. Called them on the 26th was advise you have green bucks of R108 which I must withdraw an a new card was ordered . Was also promised a call back an none happend .

Today 4th December I went to collect the card after spending 40 minutes to collect the card an to withdraw the funds . I was then advised theres no funds . Another call to call centre to be advised oops account has been closed an Green bucks is gone.

Waited on the line for 20 minutes an think the query got abit tough then the consultant ended the call with no call back.
