You have successfully ruined a legacy, one a family has believed in and entrusted their future with since years ago when you were still remembered as Perm Bank. A building in Johannesburg that many would use as a landmark in stories to come for decades will now be tarnished by your lack of interest in the very families who came to you with trust respect and loyalty and the very families who helped build your empire.

My grandfather was a loyal client, nothing and no one could steer him away from you. A financially astute man with a keen eye on investment who earned a pittance; he believed that the future of his family was secure with you.

BUT....

Since his passing in 2021, you have reneged on every promise you made a humble and loyal client.

We have re**** on you to finalize his estate as entrusted with you but the following issues cannot go unrecognized -

Failure to respond to any communication both telephonically or electronically.

Zero communication from the appointed representative on the estate.

An absolute lack of knowledge or willingness to guide a grieving family on next step in process.

You are no longer a coveted partner to many, you have become a tyrant in an already saturated field of vultures preying on the innocent and will never be recommended by our family and we will be terminating all existing policies/agreements with yourselves and the Nedcor Group.

Your lack of concern, empathy and professionalism speaks volumes.
