Absolutely ridiculous

<p>How on hell does a bank charge R100 for a card on a savings account for an 11 year old kid. This is according to the person at Nedbank Springs Mall. Never before have they charged it now suddenly. I am going to close her account and I am going to move my Cheque account somewhere else. They are ripping people off.</p>
