Absolutely poor service and being threatened by nedbank workers

Been threatened by this number *** today. The lady telling me I WILL pay my personal loan, after telling her I'm submitting my retrenchment claim form on my protection plan since February 2019 and all I get is that they did receive my forms but nothing further?

I've been sending it literally every single week to them.

She's been telling me she does not care where I get the money but I SHALL pay my personal loan, whether I have money or not.

This is absolutely poor service from such a big bank.

Nedbank does not even care about the hellopeter reviews, so the next thing is that I WILL contact the south African ombudsman on Monday morning first thing.
