Absolutely Pathetic service from Nedbank Collections and Legal f

Absolutely Pathetic service from Nedbank Collections and Legal for a Personal Loan that is with Daly for collections. I have been paying the account via debit order for 18 months and have about 7 months to go. Nedbank decides that I am in default and proceeds to clean out my bank account and do a set off for whatever money they could. Nedbank is stating that I must call Daly for a refund when Nedbank is the one who took the money from me. Daly can not give me a turnaround time on this because it is dependent on nedbank responding to them. Now no-one is giving me feedback and I remain with no money in my account and all my debit orders have gone off. I do not have overdraft. I want my money back and wish that Nedbank would conduct themselves in an ethical manner.
