Absolutely pathetic customer service!

I paid up my account (03/02/2023) as per the Settlement received on 3/01/2023. I have sent numerous requests to have my account closed and that the Paid-up letter be sent to me but have had no response and I have copied in various departments to try and get some type of feedback and NOBODY has gotten back to me or provided me with documents as requested.

Absolutely pathetic customer service!
