Absolutely Pathetic bunch of bullying *******

I stopped working in Aug 2014 and was unemployed and that resulted in my personal loan repayments falling behind in payment, after 4 yrs of complete and consistent payment. Am currently on an internship and opened a Savings account with them still.<br> <br> Little did I know the mess I got myself in! <br> <br> They created a trace on my account, without advising and resultantly in Feb took R2700, which was for my rent money. When I questioned that, spoke to a Sihle Mtshali who was painfully rude and she told me, that was the price of me not informing them I am working now.<br> <br> I was then told to make a further arrangement to avoid them serving themselves as they pleased whenever they felt like it, off my monthly mineal allowance.<br> <br> As we speak, with the arrangement in place, they have taken R3300 off my account AGAIN!!!
