Absolutely Pathetic

I have a Nedbank account which was handed over to their recovaries department. now I'm awareally that I owe them however the balance reflecting on my credit report is incorrect. they even sent me a statement proving this. now the problem is have is that I have recently become unemployed and can't get employment because of the incorrect information nedbano has listed on my credit report. I've called them numerous times and i get told that as per their policy they only update when full balance is paid. now how the hell am I supposed to pay them if I don't have a job and because of their incorrect information I'm unable to get a job. This is utter redicu lousy.
