Absolutely FRUSTRATED with Nedbank's EFT (Normal and Instant) Clearance Times!!!!

Nedbank EFT's (Both Normal and Immediate) not reflecting?!

Had about 7 Normal EFT's processed on the 9th of June (after the initial payment date was set for Monday the 8th of June), and after the one excuse after the other we were informed that the payments only left Nedbank at midnight on the 9th of June 2020, meaning that the payments' action date would be the 10th of June 2020...

We were then told to allow three business days for the funds to clear, and yet, until today, we did not receive a single payment into any of the accounts, mostly with different banking institutions. BUT - a payment to Telkom SA, from that very same batch made to their Public Beneficiary, went through without any hassles and have been allocated onto my account with them?

After struggling back and forth we then agreed to have smaller Instant/Immediate Payments done from Nedbank to our accounts with Discovery Bank and First National Bank - this was done today, Thursday the 18th of June 2020 at 14h15 more or less - and until now, almost 16h00 NO FUNDS HAVE REFLECTED IN THE ACCOUNTS?!!

Payee also made instant payments to other accounts held at Investec and Standard Bank, also to no avail of funds and Nedbank is just telling us "to be patient and wait it out".

But on the other hand, payments made by the payee to other Nedbank accounts go fine 100% fine without any hassles?

WHAT IS GOING ON????
