Absolutely disgusting service from Nedbank!!!

Terrible customer service to the max!!! Got sms's from them to say my pin was changed on 2 cards. Call customer services, they block those 2 cards and put me through to *****. ***** agent says I must go atm and test to see if my original pins work. As this could be a system glitch. I feel this is absolute ****! A bank must resort to these types of methods instead of having an actual answer. I call ***** again today and ***** agent says no money was taken so its a customer services issue and puts me through to them. Nedbank what the hell is going on???? You call yourself a financial service provider??????
