Absolutely absurd/ idiotic treatment towards Clients (unbelievable for their senior management to allow this Ill treatment/ situation to carry on within their insurance departments)

"Absolute pathetic" service from "Nedbank insurance". They treat customers like "Dogs" waiting for a bone at the back door. Never concerned about punctual honest feedback! Never claimed for 8 years, when you eventually experienced a huge storm damage?????. (See client as an ******** whom just want to make claims, completely neglect honest opinions and conditions). take ages or most times never reply on emails. Suggested emails on complains bounce back!!!!
