Absolute worst service and ***** from their clients

I would like to know why for 3 months I’ve been asking why my balance goes down with no transaction or paper trail on thru system.when I ask them ,they say it’s a system glitch but don’t refund me or get back to me.say pending transactions but when I ask what transactions they’re talking about I get no answer or get put on hold and no no one ever gets to me.im sick and tired of nedbanks service as they ***** from their client and don’t even account or take responsibility.definitely will be closing my account and don’t recommend them to anyone!
