Absolute worst bank

I dont know if it is just my branch in Wilkoppies but Nedbank has the worst service ever, if you go into the branch you WILL wait for minimum 20 minutes before you are assisted and thats on quiet days when there is like only 2 customers in the bank, when you eventually get helped the systems are off and the teller will inform you that the system is off and it will take about another 20 minutes before they can get it working again. Im not even mentioning the customer care and feedback if you have a dispute, as a business owner i have been struggling for more than 3 months for them just to pick up their device from our store and resolve an issue with the account before i can close it, but nope you can forget it they will not get back to you, i have emailed and phoned countless times, absolutely NO feedback, i i have even contacted the business banker on her private whatsapp and she reads my messages but will not reply. My account is now overdrawn since January this year due to the fact that im not using this account anymore, i have opened a new business account with FNB and what an absolute joy to say the least. Now i cannot close the Nedbank account because they are not resolving the issue on the outstanding amount that just dissapeared from my account hence the charges every month just build and build, but what do they care.
