Absolute worse bank EVER!!!

Nedbank is the absolute worse bank that probably ever existed. I opened a Private one account in the hopes of moving my banking over to them, however after NO-ONE from their private bankers contacted me for more than 2 weeks I decided to close the account and stay with the bank I'm at. Since the beginning of May 2023 I have been trying to close this account. A "normal" bank employee can't close it apparently because a Private banker needs to do it. NEDBANK it seems has not appointed any Private bankers so now there is an account that I'm responsible for collecting banking fees and I'm unable after several e-mails, chats and calls to get it closed. If you value your money stay as far away from them as you can!!!!!
