Absolute pleasure dealing with Ingrid Springs Mall

I went into Nedbank Springs Mall this morning and had the pleasure of being assisted by Ingrid, she took her time to understand and explain my query. It is not often in this country that you receive this extent of customer service and professionalism, there are a bunch of businesses out there that can learn from her. Nedbank should be proud and honestly need more staff like her, she was amazing.
