Absolute pathetic service and non delivery from Avo by Nedbank!!!

Absolutely pathetic service, by a Avo by Nedbank!!! Why advertise specials when you cannot deliver. I place an order on the 29/02/2024, and then changed the address, the order has been delayed several times, and on the 05/04/2024, I am informed that they will deliver a partial order, and to the incorrect delivery address as well. I asked to register a complaint with your call centre, and escalate to management, and they cannot even do that. Will now be taking this to the consumer commission!!! Nedbank you need to wake up!!!
