Absolute pathetic service

Seemingly Nedbank is a bank that offer assistance according to skin colour. In Pretoria East where there are more white clients, with white branch managers etc...More assistance financially is given to whites. Then Nedbank advertises on tv etc that they are there for you when you have a small business etc. Yet they have received clear indications from my statements how my money is coming in, what the money will be that I will still be receiving but no financial assistance is given.

Yet they are so quick to take bank costs etc when a change is made to one's accouny but delivering on what that account offers, there is zero assistance, instead making decisions based on skin colour.

I have also in the passed even received my homeloans etc through other banks, not the back I bank with which is Nedbank for assistance but rather other banks offered me homeloans and I have such a long history with Nedbank.

It is very bad from their side.

Even now I am sitting abroad where I have moved to and I am unable to use my internet banking or money app because of fica which was verified numerous times
