Absolute pathetic service!
I am sick and tired of the Building loan department of nedbank. On what basis is this section of the bank entitled to deduct double on my account when already for the passed year my debits are going through regularly each month. I want my money refunded, there was no communication from this Building loan from nedbank on double debiting my account! Rectify this!

01 Mar 2024, 17:34I want this rectified and and refund for my double debit because there was no attempt of debits taken nor that it was returned and most importantly, I was not made aware of double debits to be done. The building loan department of Nedbank have always been pathetic in its service!
