Abnormal charges by Nedbank

I have find out that Nedbank is double charging me on credit card each and every month, last month I paid it in full and extra on it, I wanted to monitor what is happening, I never use that credit card since the day I have paid the last it in full. First when I check the extra amount that I put on it is gone, I complained and they did see that they are charging me double , I was called by Xoli from complaints department and she said they will fix it. This morning am checking it again the money is gone and I haven’t use it. I am going through the transactions all I see is charges again and double of them, they didn’t reverse all my charges but keep charging again.
