A worker that tells me i am white trash and then when i get to the branch she refuses to assist me

A worker shouts at me in her working clothes in a shop calls me white trash after she bumps me with a trolley and then call me names in uniform . Then when i get to the bank she refuses to help me . Gives me a look walks out after the counter and after i waited for the consulant next to her when she saw i was helped she came back gave me a look again and then she helped the guy after me . Went to the manager on the day of the incedent she said she will call with feedback never called back its a week later . Bye bye nedbank
