A trend is forming

This banking institution service is deteriorating by the day. First I had a problem with the Approve it service and the lady that initially handled my complaint did not call back as promised. She did a week later. That was eventually resolved. On 13 March I called the global contact centre via the main contact centre as I needed funds released that my husband transferred to me. This was for living expenses. I asked the gentleman to forward me the form that requires an automatic transfer to avoid calling everytime. He never did. I called contract centre again on 31 March to release funds for the same reason and told the lady I was promised a form would be emailed. She confirmed my email address on the call but never sent the form as well. I am not sure if this is a system glitch or just pure incompetence/laziness. Sort your service out!

I feel more needs to be done that just to say a line manager is addressing the issue. Where was the know the break in communication? Is it a training or system issue? Who was at fault, remedial action to avoid this inconvenience etc. I still cannot say for certain if this standing mandate will actually work. Until such time that it does without me enquiring will I overturn this rating.
