I cannot praise this madam more than enough for taking the time to give me her ear to hear my complaint and do her out most best to assist me with my query.

Her advice is impeccable, service is outstanding. If it were possible, I would love to deal with her throughout all of Nedbank ONLY.

I ask that Nedbank recognise the brilliant jewel of an employee they have and do right by her. Give her a raise. LOL. Truly, I appreciate you, ma'am. You are brilliant.
