To be frank. My experience with Nedbank is just utterly poor. Every day, got to wake up to something stupid and new.

However, I applaude this madam in going truly out of her way to try and assist me. I lost faith in Nedbank completely, but it is somewhat renewed thanks to this madam. I truly appreciate the phone call and the assistance and time she took to try to help. Her seniors should recognise her talents and award her. I truly hope they do. Thank you, Nonduduzo, for all your help. Even though we ended up nowhere, the fact that you tried and exhausted every option. That was a great bit of fresh air.
